In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "y6bt" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the y6bt online betting and casino platform accessible at y6bt.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with y6bt or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the y6bt Platform, including all associated balance, bonus, transaction, and betting history.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become withdrawable as real money.
• "Services" means all products and features accessible via the Platform including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, EVO Live game shows, and any other gaming or betting vertical.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances and transactions are denominated unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the y6bt Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and y6bt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

y6bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Use of the y6bt Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. y6bt strictly prohibits access by minors. Players under 21 years of age are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or receive any winnings from the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of y6bt or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the y6bt Platform or notified that your account has been permanently closed.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions in a manner that violates applicable law.

y6bt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the y6bt Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

y6bt may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any applicant without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the Platform — y6bt may suspend or close any account at any time subject to the provisions of Section 14 of these Terms.

Account verification — which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any other time y6bt determines it necessary for compliance or security purposes. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by y6bt may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y6bt Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify y6bt of any suspected unauthorised access. y6bt recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

y6bt will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from y6bt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

In the event of suspected account compromise, y6bt may temporarily suspend account access pending investigation. y6bt accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Deposits to y6bt accounts may be made using the following payment methods currently supported for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at y6bt's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and the Player's account verification status. All deposited funds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• y6bt does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or limits.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is permitted, as an anti-money-laundering precaution.
• y6bt reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if the Platform determines the deposit violates these Terms or applicable financial regulations.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. y6bt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two hours during standard operating hours. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per day may apply and will be communicated on the withdrawal page within your account.

• All outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before a withdrawal request incorporating bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• y6bt reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether verification was previously completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if y6bt has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.
• If a Player's account is under investigation for any reason, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of that investigation.
• y6bt does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

y6bt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all y6bt promotions unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states that repeat claims are permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain when the time limit expires will be removed from the account without notice.
• y6bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions already credited to accounts will be honoured subject to their individual terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between Players — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the y6bt sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. y6bt reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at y6bt's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per market are set by y6bt and may vary by event, market type, and account status. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• y6bt reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. y6bt accepts no responsibility for bets placed on markets that are suspended or settled based on incorrect live data feeds beyond our reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform without y6bt's express written consent.

The y6bt name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of y6bt. All other trademarks referenced on the Platform, including game provider names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, are the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y6bt and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

y6bt's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y6bt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y6bt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. y6bt will take reasonable steps to restore service following any outage but accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of technical unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes y6bt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your y6bt account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

y6bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• y6bt is required to do so by any regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• A Player has operated multiple accounts in violation of Section 4.

Where an account is closed by y6bt as a result of a breach of these Terms, y6bt reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

y6bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, y6bt will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. y6bt endeavours to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English-language version shall prevail.
